How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose Subscribe & Save on any product page, select how often you want it delivered (monthly or every 3 months), add it to your cart and check out. You’ll automatically save 10% on every subscription order for as long as your subscription is active.

How do I log on to my account?
Scroll to the footer on our website and click on Manage Your Subscription (under Support) to go directly to your account dashboard. If you need any help along the way, reach out to us anytime at help@31st-state.com

Can I change, skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. You can log into your account to change delivery dates, adjust the frequency, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel with just a few clicks. No phone calls or long emails required.

Will I be notified before my next order ships?
Absolutely. We’ll send you a heads-up email before each shipment so you can double-check timing, skip, or make any changes before you’re charged. No surprise boxes on the doorstep.

Is the 10% discount really on every order?
Yes. As long as your subscription is active, every subscription shipment for that product is discounted by 10%. No promo codes to remember and no expiration date on the savings.

Can I use Subscribe & Save as a gift?
You can. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. It’s an easy, ongoing gift that actually gets used—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or a “thinking of you” confidence boost.

What if my child’s needs change?
You’re not locked into one routine. You can add products, update quantities, or adjust how often shipments arrive so the subscription grows with him—through new sports seasons, new schools, and new schedules.

Do subscribers get early access or special perks?
Yes. Subscribers are first to know about new products, and we often reserve VIP perks, special offers, and occasional surprises just for them.
