Refund policy
We love our products and we want you to love them too – but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy below, which applies to purchases made in the USA, UK, and EU.
For All Regions (USA, UK, EU)

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sealed, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unsealed products unless the item is faulty or damaged.
UK & EU Customers
- Under EU/UK Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping), provided the items are sealed and unused.
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage costs.
- For non-faulty returns, postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
USA Customers
- For returns of non-faulty products, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please email us at help@31st-state.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged item). We’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the return conditions.
