We aim to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. Please note that during peak times (such as holidays or promotional periods), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly delayed due to higher volumes.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

United States

  • Standard (USPS, untracked): $9 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Courier (tracked): $14 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard (Royal Mail, untracked): £3.95 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Express (Royal Mail, tracked): £6.50 | Next-day delivery (Mainland UK only; order must be placed by 1:00pm UK time, Mon–Fri)

Deliveries to remote areas (including Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands) may experience longer transit times.

Europe

  • Standard (Royal Mail, untracked): £9.95 | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Courier (tracked): £20 | Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard (Royal Mail, untracked): £14.50 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, 31st State may offer free shipping:

  • On specific products
  • To selected destinations
  • For orders above a certain value
  • As part of limited-time promotions

These offers are at the sole discretion of 31st State and subject to change without notice.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Orders delivered outside the UK or EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 31st State cannot advise on or reimburse these costs.

Please be aware that all international shipments may experience customs-related delays that are beyond our control.

Orders delivered outside the EU will not be charged UK VAT.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

  • China
  • Russia
