We recommend that you use the face wash twice a day – morning and night. Cleansing the skin of dirt and surface oil that has accumulated during the day is key to maintaining clear fresh skin. In the morning, we suggest following this with the spot gel, applying to any existing blemishes or any areas where you frequently suffer from spots. Before going to bed in the evening we suggest following the face wash with an overnight clearing pad to help boost skin cell turnover and breakdown cellular debris. Once dry, wait a minute or two before applying the spot gel to individual blemishes.
