Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What’s your return policy?
We love our products, and we hope you do too! But if you're just not into it, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort a refund or exchange. Just make sure products are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
Heads up: we can’t accept returns on opened or unsealed items due to hygiene regs (especially in the EU).

Can I return products purchased from other retailers?

Yes, anytime. You can log into your account to change delivery dates, adjust the frequency, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel with just a few clicks. No phone calls or long emails required.

Absolutely. We’ll send you a heads-up email before each shipment so you can double-check timing, skip, or make any changes before you’re charged. No surprise boxes on the doorstep.
Is the 10% discount really on every order?
Yes. As long as your subscription is active, every subscription shipment for that product is discounted by 10%. No promo codes to remember and no expiration date on the savings.
Can I use Subscribe & Save as a gift?
You can. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. It’s an easy, ongoing gift that actually gets used—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or a “thinking of you” confidence boost.
What if my child’s needs change?
