31st State Subscription & Pre-Order Policy
This Subscription & Pre-Order Policy explains the terms that apply when you choose to purchase eligible 31st State products on a recurring subscription plan (“Subscription”) or as a pre-order (“Pre-Order”). By enrolling in a Subscription or placing a Pre-Order, you agree to the terms set out below, which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Overview
A Subscription provides recurring deliveries of eligible products at the frequency you select (for example, every 30, or 90 days). Each recurring order will be billed to the payment method on file at the price in effect at the time the order is processed, plus applicable shipping, taxes, and duties.
Some Subscriptions may auto-renew after the initial duration. You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You can update or cancel your Subscription directly via:

- The “Manage Your Subscription” link in your order confirmation emails
- Customer Support
Changes must be made before your next order processes to take effect for that order.
3. Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize 31st State (and our third-party payment partners) to automatically charge your designated payment method for each recurring order until canceled. You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current and accurate.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your Subscription until valid payment details are provided.
4. Pricing & Promotions
Subscription pricing and any subscriber-exclusive discounts are shown at checkout. Pricing may change over time. In the event of a material price increase, we will notify you before your next charge.
Promotional codes typically apply only to the first Subscription order unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must occur before the order processing date shown in your Subscription account.
Any orders processed prior to cancellation will be fulfilled and are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Pre-Orders
In some cases, you may have the option to purchase items not yet in stock or still in production.

When your item becomes available, we will fulfill and charge the remaining balance (if applicable)

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled
- Once fulfilled, cancellations are not permitted, but you may request a return consistent with our Returns & Refunds Policy
Availability dates for Pre-Orders are estimates and subject to change.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription and Pre-Order deliveries are handled under our standard Shipping Policy. If a product becomes unavailable, we may pause the Subscription or contact you with alternatives.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns or refund requests for Subscription and Pre-Order purchases must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Any promotional items must be returned when conditions apply.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued participation in a Subscription or Pre-Order after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
