Inspired by the abundant sunshine, beaches, deserts, and forests of California, life in the 31st State feels a little more grounded and a lot less complicated. Guys there are too busy riding curls, oiling up curbs and soaking up Vitamin D to worry about trying too hard— they just do what they love and the rest comes naturally. No one can bottle that vibe, but we come damn close (and we’re not the only ones saying so).

If something sounds like it came from another planet, there’s no guarantee it won’t turn you in to an alien if you use it. The way we see it, a face wash’s ingredient list shouldn’t be able to beat you in a Scrabble game. So we formulated our products with premium, active, natural ingredients inspired by Mother Nature herself, carefully chosen to balance, cleanse, and soothe in all the right places. And, of course, anything that strips, stings, or otherwise annoys skin, is out of the question. Leave irritation to the pros (nosy siblings and helicopter parents.)

California Clean is all about simplicity: single-step products that do what they say they’ll do, no strings attached. We know guys won’t use millions of lotions and potions, so we kept it simple, with all due respect. Scrub, wash, go. Wax on, wax off.
